How do I update my subscription information? When will my order ship?
All requests for size changes, address changes, skips, swaps, requests to add on shirts to orders and cancellation requests must be received before the 15th of the Month in order to be applied to the current month shipment.
ALL requests MUST be in writing via email. Please contact us at YesterYear@Universitysilkscreen.com.
Please include your Name, Subscription number, The Name the subscription is under, Email address, phone number, and any other helpful information that we might need to locate your specific subscription.
Please include in your correspondence, the SIZE of garment that you WANT to receive.
We will respond to YOUR email with confirmation when the change has been made.
Shirts are scheduled to ship by the 28th of each month and should arrive within the first week of the following month.
